🇬🇧 UK, Isle of Man & Jersey – Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.99. FREE on orders of £45 or more. Delivery in 3-5 working days.

⭐ Make Club members – FREE UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend.

🇺🇸🇨🇦 US & Canada – Tracked International (7–10 working days): from approx $21 (£16), based on order weight. FREE on orders over $85 (£65).

🌏 Rest of the world (including the EU) – Tracked International: £28. Exact rates are shown at checkout.

During busy seasonal periods, please allow a little extra time.

Returns

You can return unused items within 30 days of the shipment date. Please contact info@makebox.co first for return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. See our full refund policy.

Shipping policy

Pre-order items show their expected dispatch date on the product page. If your basket includes a pre-order, we'll hold your order and send everything together once it's all ready. If you'd like your in-stock items sent first, just contact us at info@makebox.co – extra shipping may apply.

Any delivery dates provided by The Company are estimates. The Company reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments. The Company will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account. If there is an error in the address provided by the customer at checkout, and the error is not rectified by the customer with us at info@makebox.co prior to shipment, we cannot retrieve the box, nor refund the customer, for the error is theirs. Should the Product be returned to us by the courier, we will notify the customer, and we can refund the Product, minus shipping costs to the payment card, or we can arrange for shipping costs to be covered by the customer, and resend the Product.
