In this joyful box, you will easily learn how to master flower mark-making using acrylics, a pallet knife and a paintbrush. The finished result of several layers of paint alongside lots of experimenting, is a liberty lawn style wildflower field painted canvas. This can be framed or left to hang.

By mixing the paint with the impasto and applying it with a pallet knife you free yourself up to experiment without worrying about accuracy or realism. Instead of creating the suggested field of flowers I used a photo of a sunflower I'd taken and played with colour. So enjoyable I might buy a larger canvas and more impasto and try a larger piece.
