'I am...' embroidery

Welcome to the “ I am…” embellished embroidery. A design created to celebrate women, body positivity and all of our perfect imperfections. 

If you were asked to finish the sentence “I am…” looking in the mirror what would you answer? 

We all have learnt to dislike parts of our bodies, women undergo daily pressure to look a certain way, influenced by screen and society. But what if we stop and turn this on its head, learn to love ourselves and our wonderful bodies that house our minds and souls? This design celebrates the female form in a set of underwear, often a time when we quickly look in the mirror and look away! The Camellia flowers represent love and celebration and the fact we should take pride in ourselves, not waste time hating our bodies.

In this uplifting design you will not only learn some wonderful embroidery techniques you will also learn how to embellish wool felt onto the fabric taking it to the next level. You will receive all the materials you need to complete the 7 inch (18cm) design.
