- Do the boxes come every month?
Subscription boxes are delivered monthly or every 2 months based on the plan you select. You can skip a delivery or cancel at anytime.
- When will I receive my box?
Subscription boxes are sent out at the beginning of each month. For example, if you renew on 11th November, you will receive your box at the beginning of December. All other boxes (if not on pre-order) are dispatched within 3 working days and sent on a tracked 48Hr delivery. You will receive dispatch and delivery notifications on email.
- Can I skip an upcoming box?
Absolutely. If you are a monthly subscriber, you can skip a box by clicking on ‘skip’ in your customer account page. All skips must be done before the 11th of the month (we will remind you on the 8th of each month don’t worry!). If you are a 3 month or 6 month pre pay subscriber, you will need to email email@example.com to skip your next box.
- Can I swap an upcoming box to something else on the website?
Of course! If you don’t fancy the next subscription box, you can choose any other box on our website up to the value of your monthly subscription price. If it is greater than this price, you will need to pay the difference. All swaps must be done before the renewal date, which is the 11th of the month before the box is due to be dispatched. If you are a 3 month or 6 month pre pay subscriber, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to swap your next box. Please note, if you swap to a box that we currently have in stock, we will send it out to you straight away, meaning it may arrive a 2-3 weeks earlier than the 'box of the month' would have been dispatched.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You are not tied into anything. After the term of your subscription, you can choose to cancel, skip a delivery or swap the box.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
Go into your account and click ‘manage subscriptions’ which you will find underneath where your name is written, pictured on the right hand side below:
Once you have clicked on ‘manage subscriptions’, you should click on ‘Edit’ below:
After that you can scroll to the bottom and click ‘cancel subscription’:
- When do you take payment?
Payments are taken on the 11th of each month following your sign up date. If you skip a renewal, payment will not be taken until your next renewal date. You will always be sent a renewal reminder email three days before any renewal occurs.

- Are the boxes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! MakeBox is about discovering new creative skills. We provide full photographic how to instructions in each box. We also have video tutorials and an amazing online community of fellow makers at your disposal who can help with any question 😀
- Where can I find my loyalty points?
Loyalty points are located in your ‘rewards’ section which you will find on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- How do I change my address?
On your account page you should be able to edit your addresses and change your default address on the bottom right hand of the screen.
*** Please note - if you are a subscriber you must also change your address in ‘Manage Subscriptions’. This is extremely important! Once you are in Manage Subscriptions, please click ‘Edit’ and then scroll down and on the left you will be able to edit your shipment address for your subscription boxes.

Any delivery dates provided by The Company are estimates. Company reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments. The Company will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account. If there is an error in the address provided by the customer at checkout, and the error is not rectified by the customer with us at email@example.com prior to shipment, we cannot retrieve the box, nor refund the customer, for the error is theirs. Should the Product be returned to us by the courier, we will notify the customer, and we can refund the Product, minus shipping costs to the payment card, or we can arrange for shipping costs to be covered by the customer, and resend the Product.
