What is The Make Club?

The Make Club is your new MakeBox membership. For one simple monthly (or yearly) fee, you get 20% off everything, free delivery on every order, 2 digital projects a month, and first access to every new seasonal collection — plus VIP early access at Christmas. No box to manage, no skipping — you just make what you want, when you want.

Do I have to commit for a year?

No. Monthly is the default and you can pause or cancel anytime. Annual is there if you'd rather pay once and save a little.

What is your cancellation policy?

Pause or cancel your membership at any time. Your benefits will be available for the full billing period you have paid for.

When do my benefits start?

Straight away — the moment you join, your 20% off, free delivery and projects are all live at checkout. Nothing to activate.

How does the 20% off work?

It's automatic. Your member price shows at checkout on everything — no codes to enter, no claiming. It's just your price now.

Is delivery really free on everything?

Yes — every order, no minimum spend. (For non-members, delivery is £4.99, free over £45.)

How much will I actually save?

On a typical £28 order you save about £10.59 versus shopping without membership (20% off plus the delivery you'd otherwise pay). One order of around £20 or more in a month more than covers your membership — and everything you make beyond that is money ahead. The more you make, the more it gives back.

Does my membership fee come off my orders?

No — the fee is separate. It's what unlocks your member price, free delivery, projects and first access. Think of it like Prime: you pay for the membership, then everything you buy is better value.

Digital projects

What are the 2 digital projects?

Each month you get 2 digital project downloads (worth £5.99 each) as part of your membership — yours to keep and make whenever you like.

Do they expire?

They last for the billing period but dont stack up. You can download them and keep them on hand, so there's no rush to make them until you are ready.

What happens to my projects if I cancel?

They're a membership benefit, so you can download them while you're a member.

Seasonal collections

What happened to the monthly box?

We've retired the monthly box. Instead we release seasonal collections — curated themed ranges a few times a year that you choose from, at your member price with free delivery. No surprise box you didn't pick, nothing to skip or swap — you're in control.

What does "first access" mean?

Members see and can shop every new seasonal collection before anyone else — so the pieces that go fast are yours first. At Christmas you get VIP early access to the Advent and gifting collections.

Managing your membership

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes — if life gets busy, you can pause your membership for 1–6 months rather than cancel. Your account and member price are all waiting when you come back.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from your account — it's quick and easy. You'll keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, you can move to annual whenever you like from your account.

What about my old loyalty points?

The points programme is being retired. You stopped earning new points in October, but any points you'd already earned stay usable until September 2027 — plenty of time to redeem them.
