Why not collect some dried leaves on a beautiful autumn walk today? Just make sure they are clean enough to use.
YOU WILL NEED
- Dried leaves
- Acrylic paint: white & black
- Paintbrush
METHOD
- First paint the leaves white, this can take up to three coats of paint. You can speed up the paint drying with a quick blast (by an adult) under a hairdryer.
- Next paint on the eyes and the mouths using black paint. Have fun with their expressions.
- To display, you can hang throughout the house or peg to a string to make a garland.
