Fair Isle is a traditional knitting style that uses patterns and colours to create distinctive shapes. This wonderful little rainbow has been inspired by this technique.
In this design, you will love trying out an array of yarn rope-wrapping techniques. The simple use of grey and white colours brings a graphic finish to this wonderfully experimental design. In this box, you will learn techniques from double yarn wrapping, and staggered sections to making crosses with the yarn to looping it to create straight-looking stripes. It is so much fun to create, all ending in a knitted Fair Isle appearance.
