This simple watercolour wreath has been inspired by hellebores, a beautiful spring flower with a lovely natural colour palette of greens and purples. This piece combines wet on wet technique, layering, and hand lettering to create a beautiful piece to display in your home.
Watercolour expert and bestselling author Emma Block will take you through every stage of this painting from beginning to end. You can use this design to create not only the wreath but add interchangeable decorative words in the middle.
You will need; A5 watercolour paper or sketchbook, watercolour paints (the box used in this demonstration was Daler Rowney Aquafine), small and medium round brushes, water & pot.
